Abstract The bulk of the Cemetery Records consist of financial records, correspondence and meeting minutes of the Cemetery Board of Temple Beth El and the burial records and ledger books of Woodmere and Lafayette Cemeteries (c. 1871-1985). The remainder of the collection consists of collected information on Jewish Cemeteries in Detroit and the United States, Cemetery Associations and businesses and their connections to Temple Beth El, architectural drawings and rendering of Beth El Memorial Park, and cemetery plot maps.
