Admin/Biog History The Digitized Newspaper Collection came about in 2000 when the The Rabbi Leo M. Franklin Archives Committee decided to convert the Newspapers on Microfilm to a more user and researcher friendly medium of CD-roms. The conversion was carried out by Record Recall of Ferndale, Michigan.
